There is a raid going on in Moscow right now against traffic law breakers. It's Thursday morning rush hour there and people are on their way to work. A lot of people are driving on the wrong side of the road. Check it out.
Guys that film it send footage to the police and many law breakers receive tickets in the mail.

It's more like the cops who don't do anything to stop this and traffic fines that are ridiculously low. Most cops in Russia are corrupt as hell.

I guess when a parent lets a child run around doing what they want, eventually the child will start to see how far they can go before they eventually get a smack.
Personally I'd be swift with my justice and shoot out a tyre. 'if you feel waiting in traffic is inconvenient to you, lets see how inconvenient changing a tyre everytime I see you break a traffic law'.

I..don't understand what's happening.. why are they backing up entire roads? O.o I watched one drive down the road...reverse back up it..then drive down it again... wth?

They are all going in reverse on the wrong side of the road because the opposite side of the road is backed up with traffic.
When they go in reverse and then go forward again they most likely notice the camera and start going forward.
